A paper folding machine that achieves high accuracy through high operational speed and robust construction

Until now, Komori has worked to expand its peripheral equipment lineup under the PESP (Print Engineering Service Provider) business strategy. MBO's high-precision, high-productivity post-processing product group will be expanded in Komori's sales organization, especially in Asia including Japan, and under the concept of "Connected Automation", Komori's IoT solution By linking "KP-Connect" and MBO's "DataManager 4.0", not only the printing process but also post-processing can be linked to improve productivity and realize automation and labor-saving solutions.

  • A high-end model dedicated to buckles with both manual and auto specifications.
  • Complex signatures can also be handled with high precision
  • Equipped with slitter shaft cassette pull-out type as standard. Slitter adjustment and replacement can be done quickly and accurately outside the machine, and can be operated by one person.??
  • 2nd and 3rd units can be added to support various occasions. By using the double stream device*, signatures are separated into two and transported to the second and third units, contributing to improved productivity of the machine.
  • The sheet return device RFE* attached to the 3rd unit allows the delivery to be placed near the feeder, shortening the route from the feeder to the delivery and reducing the burden on the operator. The folding machine can be operated by one person, contributing to space saving.?
  • Invalid sheet detection/ejection device detects and ejects double or misfolded sheets without interrupting the production flow during operation
