Komori Responds to Landa's Application for Debt Arrangement Track

Komori Corporation (Sumida-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Satoshi Mochida) ("Komori" or "the Company") hereby announces its response to the fact that its business partner, Landa Corporation Ltd. of Israel ("Landa"), has filed a petition to commence a debt arrangement procedure.

As of June 29, 2025, Landa filed an application with the Central District Court of Israel under the country's Insolvency and Economic Rehabilitation Law 5778-2018 for Debt Arrangement Track, which is a procedure to temporarily suspend individual legal actions such as debt collection to allow Landa time to develop a voluntary debt arrangement plan (which may include sale of the company). Discussions to reach an agreement with the creditors are expected to proceed in the future.

Komori operates under a license agreement with Landa for its 40" Sheetfed Nanographic Printing® System, Impremia NS40.

Komori is currently examining the impact on its business, and is carefully considering countermeasures in order to minimize the impact on those involved.

Should there be any significant change in the situation, we will disclose information in a timely and appropriate manner.
