The KOMORI journey of Advantage Offset began with the installation of a 4-colour Lithrone A37. The investment provided the company with a strong production platform capable of delivering superior print quality, consistency, and efficiency. Rather than viewing machinery as a one-time purchase, the company’s management adopted a long-term technology strategy. Every subsequent investment was aligned with customer requirements, market opportunities, and future growth plans.

As customer expectations increased and print jobs became more demanding, Advantage Offset continued to strengthen its production infrastructure with the second KOMORI machine—a Enthrone 429. The company gradually expanded its pressroom and also invested in complementary pre-press and post-press capabilities, enabling greater control over quality and turnaround times.

Everything under one roof

Advantage Offset’s philosophy was simple: create a production environment where multiple processes operate seamlessly under one roof, ensuring speed, reliability, and consistency for customers. This integrated approach became one of the company’s key competitive advantages.

In 2022, Advantage Offset installed its third KOMORI press—an Enthrone 429. The press further enhanced the company’s production flexibility and enabled it to handle a wider variety of commercial print applications efficiently. The investment reflected the company’s confidence in KOMORI technology, press performance, and unrivalled after-sales support of the team KOMORI India. So, the investment continued with the fourth KOMORI machine—a GL 437.      

The next chapter

The next chapter came with the installation of the Lithrone G40 Advance, marking it the fifth and latest KOMORI press in the production facility of Advantage Offset. The investment was part of the company’s ongoing strategy to upgrade its manufacturing capabilities and stay ahead of the evolving market demands.

The new Lithrone G40 Advance brought several advantages to Advantage Offset—higher production efficiency, faster makeready times, enhanced print consistency, greater automation, reduced wastage, and improved overall profitability.
